  We celebrate khabat day today - speechDear friends! I want to start with welcoming you all to this day when we celebrate 5y Xarmanan and all the brave Peshmarga that even to day fight for what Khabat stands for. Khabat was founded the 21st of September 1980 in the Kurdish region of Iran. The goal and ambition was and still is to begin a political and organizational activity against violence and oppression. Ever since its foundation has Khabat fought for the Kurdish peoples rights and equality for all human beings in the dictatorship called Iran.
